WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Dear family,

It’s very nice, that you or your child are interested in one of our disciplines!

When visiting a trial  or a viewing lesson, please read the important points mentioned below carefully!

Viewing lesson:

Trial lesson:

  • A trial lesson is done without companion.
  • Comfortable clothes, sweatpants, long sleeve shirt.
  • Dress up in our dressing room (so NOT at home!)
  • When your child has difficulties with dressing, we advise you to do this at home.
  • Because of hygiene you must take your flip flops to the dressing room where you put them on.
  • Before entering the sporting room (dojo) take off the flip flops and place them along the side of the dojo.
  • No jewelry allowed during training (including ear studs)
  • Short nails and clean hear (long hair in a ponytail made with an elastic band without

 metal)

After the trial lesson we give your child an envelope with in it a register form, fee information and a form “how to register” and what equipment you need for the sport you are going to attend.

In case you have one or more questions, please do not hesitate to mail or phone us.

Kind regards,

John Zwalve
